BioAlex Brown (1986) is an artist and larp designer from England living in Oslo, Norway. He is interested in self-organised structures of co-design and collective action. From the radical learning experiment Antiuniversity Now, to Situationist practices and Nordic larp, there is a confrontation to everyday realities, in an attempt to collectively build new ones. His work often takes the form of movement based and sensory non-verbal larps, as well as experiences which address the crises of our time, specifically climate breakdown and building new political and social structures from the embers of capitalism. His larps have been run at festivals in England, Denmark and Norway at Blackbox CPH, Grenselandet, The Smoke, and Now Play This. Additionally, he organises a monthly larp event in Oslo, Blackbox Deichman.
